What an amazing weekend of healing, self-reflection, creativity and empowerment with Claudia at her Soulful Women's Retreat on the South Coast of NSW.
Claudia held the sacred space for us to share, dance, drum, move with ease, meditate and create. We greeted the Sun each morning before a health-full breakfast and the mornings activities. We had free time to visit around and relax, too.
One of the things I loved most was the Sound session. I have never experienced a crystal bowl sound bath; it was very beautiful and so uplifting! Claudia plays intuitively and completely immersed us in the journey. It was calming and soothing, it is an experience I will treasure - and will do again!
I am grateful for the opportunity to be present, to witness and hold space. We were a small group of women, gathered together at the perfect time and perfect place to prepare for the next part of our healing journeys.
